Malmqvist Tower Working Platform (Sweden)
Most suitable for cladding/sheeting, painting, facade renovation, glazing, curtain walling, concrete repair, and all high-rise building maintenance & installation work.
Malmqvist tower working platforms are designed and manufactured according to the latest BS EN1495. It complies with the Hong Kong EMSD’s Code of Practice on the Design and Construction of Tower Working Platforms (1997).
Features:
• Modular components
• Single mast or twin mast
• Working height up to 200m with wall ties
• Platform driven by 2 independent motors; each can drive & brake the platform individually
• Manual release to lower platform manually in case of power failure
• Mechanical over-speed governor for fail safe protection of motor brake failure and excessive speed during emergency lowering
• Overload and over-moment sensing device to ensure safe operation
PIPL was approved by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) back in Feb. 1996 as a Registered Contractor (Registration No: RC0032), qualified to supply, install and service Malmqvist tower working platforms in HK.
